1. Complete the Pre-Screener
Begin by filling out our quick online pre-screener form. This helps us understand your needs and ensures the property is a potential fit.

2.Tour The Property
Schedule a viewing to explore the rental in person. This step confirms your interest and allows you to ask any questions about the home.

3.Submit Your Application
If the Property feels like the right match, complete our full application. The non-refundable application fee is $45 per applicant, covering the cost of the background and credit check.

We review applications promptly and fairly. Once approved, we'll guide you through the lease signing and move-in process.
